Safe, healthy environments are our #1 priority for our customers and employees. Our team has been having multiple meetings per day to discuss the latest developments in the fluid and rapidly changing situation and its potential impact to our operations and our customers. We would like to assure you of the precautions we are taking to continue providing healthy environments while still fully supporting our customers’ and employees’ needs.

• We are following CDC best practices for providing a healthy environment for our staff in our offices and for our field technicians. This includes providing hand washing instructions, face coverings and sanitizer for employees, and social distancing instructions while in public or while visiting customer locations to perform installation or service work. Our field technicians have been instructed to advise you while on site about these precautions.
• Our operations already are established with a well-trained and integrated ‘work from home’ team and this is being expanded to assure a consistent provision of service to customers in project and service management, and customer support. We maintain a separate (dual) monitoring office configuration which, together with ‘work from home’ resources, will assure our continued 24/7 support of all our customers.
• To the extent that any commercial offices, schools, retail stores, or other non-residential locations are closed during this time, we will be unable to perform routine on-site service or periodic inspection services that would normally have occurred. We remain staffed working 24/7 to monitor and respond to alarm events that may occur. We look forward to being available to visit you on-site when your places of business again become available.
• For residential customers, we are available to provide these on-site services and our team has the required resources and information to do this safely for you and for our onsite employees. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any required on-site services.
• During this time we are limiting the access to our operations centers only to essential personnel and increasing the routine sanitation steps in those locations. This should not have any impact to customers.
